If you want to learn the basic to advanced tecniques on applying locs to natural hair, this is the workshop to attend.
2 educators are going to guide you step by step in the most common used techniques that are used to apply and maintain natural loc styles.
Novice to advanced people are welcomed to this event being hosted on BCIT Burnaby campus.
